Windowblinds 5.01 Taskbar Blur?

Anyone know how to use this feature?

I have looked everywhere for someone who knows how to use this feature, and NO one seems to know... I know of 2 skins that use taskbar blur, so its not impossible. It doesnt make much sense that stardock would add this feature, but not tell anyone how to use it.. I have tried everything I could think of with Skin Studio, and still cant figure it out... Any help would be great!

Where have you looked? I suggest always checking irc.stardock.com if you can. Smart people hang out there too.

The blur is a skin setting, not a WB setting. I saw a post here and will try to find it.

Manually change the taskbar Background effect setting to 10 using the code tab of Skinstudio.
